Welcome to JustTheHelper, a Discord utility for welcome flows, reminders, and support tickets (“the Service”). By inviting or using the bot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, remove the bot immediately.
JustTheHelper provides welcome + verify, personal reminders, and optional paid private-thread support tickets. The Service is provided by Mischief Manager, Inc. (“we”, “our”).
You must be at least 13 years old and comply with Discord’s Terms of Service.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Violation may result in suspension or denial of access.
By inviting the bot, you grant permissions needed for its features (e.g. Manage Roles, Send Messages, Create Private Threads, Manage Threads). You are responsible for reviewing and approving these permissions.
Ticket features require an active $1.99/mo guild subscription billed through Discord. Refunds follow Discord’s policies and may be issued at our discretion for accidental purchases or technical issues.
We access only the Discord data needed to run welcome, reminder, and ticket features (see Privacy Policy). We do not read general server chat logs.
Use at your own risk.
We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion. You may remove the bot at any time.
