Terms of Service
Agreement
By using EarnCord (the Discord bot and related services), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must actively accept both during registration before receiving survey invites.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and the rules of any server where EarnCord is used.
- One EarnCord account per person. Multi-accounting, bots, or VPN abuse for fraud is prohibited.
The service
EarnCord may match you to third-party surveys and credit an in-app balance (“credits”) when partners confirm a qualifying completion. Survey supply, payout amounts, and availability are not guaranteed and may change or end at any time.
Rewards and withdrawals
- Credits are promotional rewards, not a bank deposit or stored-value account.
- We may delay, reverse, or withhold credits for screen-outs, fraud, partner reversals, or policy violations.
- Withdrawals (e.g. USDT) are subject to minimums, daily caps, network fees, and successful payment-provider processing.
- You are responsible for providing a correct wallet address and for any tax obligations.
Quality and bans
We maintain a quality score based on completion and screen-out history and other signals. We may limit survey access, suspend accounts, or ban users for poor quality, chargebacks, partner bans, or abuse.
Third parties
Surveys and payments are fulfilled by third parties. Their terms apply when you enter a survey or withdrawal flow. EarnCord is not responsible for third-party survey content or partner decisions (including screen-outs and reversals).
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EarnCord is not liable for lost rewards, failed withdrawals, partner outages, or indirect damages.
Termination
You may stop using EarnCord at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or partner requirements. Unused balances may be forfeited on termination for fraud or abuse.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
