Privacy Policy
Who we are
EarnCord (“we”, “us”) is a Discord rewards service that matches users to third-party paid surveys and facilitates crypto withdrawals. This policy explains what we collect and why. For California residents (CCPA) and users in the EEA/UK (GDPR), we act as controller of EarnCord account data.
What we collect
- Discord identifiers — Discord user ID, username, and server (guild) context when you use the bot.
- Profile answers — age range, gender, country, and interests you provide during onboarding.
- Survey activity — survey IDs, match status, completes, screen-outs, rewards, and provider callbacks.
- Payout data — wallet addresses and withdrawal amounts you submit (we do not store wallet passwords or seed phrases).
- Technical data — IP address and similar signals when provided by survey partners for fraud prevention.
- Security checks — Cloudflare Turnstile may process a short-lived challenge token and related signals when you create an account.
Why we use it
- Operate the bot, match surveys, and credit rewards.
- Verify completions with survey partners (e.g. TheoremReach, Pollfish, CPX Research).
- Prevent fraud, enforce quality scoring, and meet partner compliance requirements.
- Process withdrawals via payment providers (e.g. NOWPayments).
- Respond to support requests you send us.
Legal bases (GDPR)
We process data based on: contract (providing EarnCord when you register), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement), and consent where you actively accept this policy and optional profile fields.
Sharing
We share necessary identifiers and profile attributes with survey and payment partners so they can serve surveys, pay us for completes, and detect fraud. We do not sell personal information. Partners have their own privacy policies.
Retention
We keep account, ledger, and survey history while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for disputes, fraud review, and legal obligations.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of processing, and you may object to certain processing. California residents may request disclosure of categories of personal information collected and ask us not to “sell” or “share” personal information (we do not sell it). Email jmenichole007@outlook.com to exercise rights. EEA/UK users may lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.
Children
EarnCord is for users 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Security
We use server-side reward verification, access controls, and partner hash/HMAC checks. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Material changes will be noted in Discord or on this site when practical.
