What it does: Connects the leaderboard to external casino APIs to fetch player data.
How to use:
- Enter the API URLs for each casino (Thrill, Goated)
- Add an API key if the endpoints require authentication
- Click "Save & Update Leaderboards" to test the connection and refresh data
- URLs are optional if you have a working API key
Tip: Test with one casino first before configuring all three.
📅 Leaderboard Timeframe Management
What it does: Controls when each leaderboard competition runs and resets.
How to use:
- Set start and end dates for each leaderboard period
- Configure prize pools and number of places paid
- Use preset buttons to quickly distribute prizes (Even, Winner Takes All, etc.)
- Enable/disable individual leaderboards as needed
- Use individual save buttons to update only specific leaderboards
Tip: Use "Save All Timeframes" to update everything at once, or individual buttons for targeted changes.
🔒 Security Settings
What it does: Manages admin access and password security.
How to use:
- Enter your current password for verification
- Choose a strong new password (at least 8 characters)
- Confirm the new password by typing it again
- Click "Change Password" to update your credentials
Tip: Use a unique password and change it regularly for security.

What it does: Provides a way to contact the development team for assistance.
How to use:
- Select the appropriate subject from the dropdown
- Write a clear, detailed description of your issue or request
- Include any error messages or specific details
- Click "Send" to submit your support request
Tip: Be specific about what you're trying to accomplish and any error messages you see.
