Welcome to **JustTheBuilder**, an AI-powered Discord server setup assistant (“the Service”). By inviting, installing, or interacting with our bot, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please remove the bot from your server immediately.
JustTheBuilder automates the generation and configuration of Discord servers, creating categories, channels, specialized permission overrides, matching roles, and auto-written welcome structures. The Service is provided by **Mischief Manager, Inc.** (“we”, “our”).
You must be at least 13 years old to utilize our services. By running our commands, you represent that you possess full administrative authority to bind the specific Discord guild to these terms.
You agree not to use the Service, its generated setups, or commands to:
Violations of these terms may result in immediate suspension, blocking, or blacklisting of your user ID and Discord guilds from the Service.
By inviting the bot to your server, you explicitly grant it administrative permissions (including Manage Server, Manage Channels, and Manage Roles) necessary to create and remove layouts. You assume full responsibility for reviewing, modifying, or revoking these permissions inside your server dashboard.
The Service leverages third-party artificial intelligence models to write custom rules, FAQs, welcome messages, and channel outlines. AI-generated text may occasionally contain bugs, text issues, or inaccuracies. You must thoroughly review all generated materials before making your server public.
We process only essential data (such as server IDs, category names, channel names, role names, and interview answers) to build server layouts. We do not inspect, log, or save server text messages, user chats, or private conversations. Read our Privacy Policy for complete details.
All premium purchases (Basic Build Packs and Pro Builder subscriptions) are processed securely using Discord's official monetization API. Payments and subscriptions are bound by Discord's purchase policies. Refunds for accidental purchases or billing disputes are handled under Discord's refund framework or processed at our sole discretion.
In no event shall Mischief Manager, Inc., its developers, or team be liable for server misconfigurations, channel deletion, role lockouts, data loss, server downtime, or AI inaccuracies resulting from the execution of the `/setup` commands. You use this Service entirely at your own risk.
